· Oversee execution of all domestic and international trade shows for luxury footwear company, resulting in 80% of yearly company sales · Manages planning and execution for six national trade shows annually, coordinates meeting schedules and develops marketing material for clients. Able to decrease spending by 24% on $500,000 budget while still maintaining luxury brand image. · Manages the creation of collateral including invitations, linesheets, sales one sheets, ad schedules and internal forms · In charge of exploring and engaging in social media efforts in the online arena · Executes annual department store sales promotion across 125 doors · Negotiates with vendors and hotels in regards to assigned projects · Spearheads company research efforts · Handles all expense reports, travel plans, invoicing from outside vendors
