Daily Duties at Beacon Technologies, Inc.:
Direct the activities of and manage complex problem resolution for ~10 professionals, including technical and administrative staff, as well as a bookkeeper. Provide superior customer service through strategizing, deploying, and maintaining facilities services and systems such as HVAC, electrical wiring, high-speed WAN, security, video, and telephone. Supervise a large network that encompasses 4 locations using various telecom links, routers, switches, and VPN hardware. Manage vendor relationships and collaborations, negotiate contracts and generate proposals, calculate cost/benefit analysis, and execute procurement. Evaluate and improve policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, superior staff performance, and client satisfaction.
