Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard (Saphire):

Was the sole support of over 100 users at HP for the ProCurve Team running Windows XP, Vista, Linux and over fifty servers using Windows Server 2003r2; implemented asset management plan for inventorying equipment; was responsible for the internal infrastructure. I also analyzed, planned, designed, developed, tested, installed, troubleshot and maintained HP’s Enterprise Network. Supported R&D Engineers and office personnel with hardware and software problems, provided troubleshooting, and owned desktop and network issues to resolution. Performed maintenance of personal computers and peripheral equipment, identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. Installed operating systems and applications and conducted technical training demonstrations. Also was a HW Stress Engineer in the R&D STC lab responsible for validating HW on newest ProCurve switches.
