Daily Duties at Dr. James Riesenberger, D.M.D., M.S.D.:
Win XP, Microsoft Office/Internet Explorer and basic Excel. Ability to work with minimal control, supervision and prioritize work. Strong Logical and problem-solving. Ability to perform well under time-constraints and with several projects. Greeting new and existing patients. Answering a busy multi-line switchboard system Scheduling appointments. Data entry of information, payments and insurance related payments. Billing of patient accounts including collections if necessary. Preparing charts, paperwork and contracts. Maintaining accurate patient/customer information and updates. Filing paperwork and charts. Experienced in the OrthoChart software program (Scheduling, billing, and account software). Typing doctor’s treatment letters and documents and forwarding them to the proper recipients. Experienced in Invisalign,( entering new Invisalign cases and refinements. Maintaining Invisalign patient financials. Maintaining a comfortable and family oriented family environment.
