Daily Duties at Radio Shack:
• Responsible for the general operations of Radio Shack branch - Designed, developed programs; made recommendations to Marketing/Sales - Developed, directed and facilitated public relation and communication strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness - Cost vs. Risk analysis to assess present and future positions to ensure employee and client retention - Collaborate with community groups to strengthen and expand the coalition - Purchasing and procurement of merchandise for the store - Track sales pace (daily, weekly, and monthly) - District Team Leader - Training and recruiting of personnel for the Alabama Region - Supervised Direct Reports (220 Supporting Staff)
