Daily Duties at The Mobile Life :

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and evaluate Day-to-Day operations - Program design, development and implementation through promotions, public relations and coalition development - Collaborate with Directors to establish short and long-term goals to achieve mission - Manage operations including budget development and authorization of expenditures - Monitor trends, legislation and regulations that are relevant to the programs mission - Review monthly, quarterly and annual program reports for compliance with goal and expectations - Provide recommendations and program adjustments to ensure enhancement - Monitor and implement daily operational procedures - Hire, train and supervises office staff - Develop and coordinate training curriculum - Supervised Direct Reports (43 Store Managers) and (248 Supporting Staff)
