Developed master project plan for all related tasks, including ongoing software remediation, testing of programs, and recertification due to interim development. Hired, managed, and evaluated personnel necessary for implementation of master project plan. Participated in all steering committee meetings to ascertain progress and conceptualize potential scenarios for risk management, litigation management, and strategic management. Designed project plan to manage to test 73 business-critical applications: predicted needed resources, scheduled technical support, organized operating platforms, and determined resource allocation.
