Defined the business rules, functional requirements, escalation rules, and assumptions for the online mortgage group. Lead the team responsible for logical and functional design documentation, navigational flow, and field identification. Project lead and analyst for all logical and technical documentation related to online mortgage applications and identifying data captured for Homeowner Services Management System.
