Managed global implementation of Rational Software’s Requisite-Pro for the North American and three European constituents. Project encompassed strategic and tactical facets of implementation: planning, process redefinition, documentation, training, and post-implementation support. Co-lead during development and deployment of PMO Office: managed from projects London, New York, & San Francisco. Worked to identify high-value projects, assisted with resource acquisition and staffed critical projects appropriately. Evaluated major milestones for the operational sections and identified suggested tasks to accomplish each milestone. Worked with all existing business partners, project managers and developers to establish deliverable dates and scope of projects. Collaborated with develop project statements and to review business requirements and functional specifications. Screened and hired all candidates required to build the PMO organization.
