Daily Duties at Weathervane Contracting, Llc.:
Founded the largest privately held company in Colorado engaged in the field servicing of (REO) or foreclosed homes. Expanded WVC’s Colorado practice to include Arizona, Michigan, Ohio and Nevada in 2008. Conducted the business development necessary to drive revenue of $226,416 in 2003 to $2,039,069 as of December 31 2008. Created the infrastructure, policies, best practices, and business procedures needed for operations and expansion. Identified the need for specialized software and lead the process to evaluate all available options. Lead the organization toward meeting the growth and revenue objectives by utilizing strict practices of reviewing the results of business operations to ascertain which practice’s pushed the organization forward and which needed to be reviewed or changed. Represented WVC to financial community, major customers, government agencies, and the public. Negotiated with clients to include the Fannie Mae (government) and all other large clients. Was primarily responsible for raising all required capital to fund growth of WVC’s expansion from inception through current. As a partner was responsible for the organization as a whole, from office relocation and IT to asset acquisition and hiring.
