Daily Duties at Reo Software, Llc.:

Created a company that would build project and process management software for the (REO) industry. Conducted 1000’s of hours of interviews and beta testing to create the most usable product available on the market today. Carefully crafted a strategy to create software and sell it as (software as a service to the Foreclosure industry). Was the primary technical partner, ensuring that REOSoftware not only met WVC’s business needs but the industry as a whole. Lead liaison responsible for expressing technical information clearly and simply to all stake holders. Managed the process to capture all additional functionality discovered during the beta build cycles and prioritized each release. Managed the design over the life of the build process utilizing strict controls to reduce costs and maximize speed to market. Developed the primary goals, operating plans, policies, and short and long range objectives for the organization. Created the documentation supporting additional products and services that the core REOSoftware platform could be used for. REOsoftware connects the default industry. Asset Managers, Brokers and Field Service Companies in real time - providing each other with up-to-the-minute status reports on property maintenance, repairs, bids and required or ordered services.
