In a call center environment received and processed customer requests for reimbursements in keeping with GM recall guidelines. Assessment of reimbursements entailed investigative, interrogative, negotiating and calculation skills. Final decisions for total, partial or declined reimbursements were based on support documentation and interview responses supplied by service providers and customer.
