Daily Duties at Lowe’s Home Improvement :

Overall operational integrity of the store, which includes but is not limited to, achievement of budgeted inventory shrink goals and acceptable Annual Store Assessment/Operational Review System (ASA/ORS) performance scores. Ensure audit and Policy and Procedure compliance on a daily basis while controlling overall store expenses. Ensure that all assigned employees are trained and capable of performing their assigned duties. Achieving budgeted sales and margins in assigned area. Responsible for ensuring all relevant Corporate Merchandising standards are maintained on a daily basis to include but not limited to merchandise resets, zone recovery, freight flow, daily inventory replenishment, price integrity, promotional and seasonal sets, merchandise displays, product literature and housekeeping. Responsible for the overall supervision, training and mentoring of all assigned personnel. Support the Store Manager to ensure that superior customer service is provided daily
