Scope of responsibility includes complete manufacture of Electronic Circuit Card Assemblies using SMT/ PTH, semi-automatic and manual wave/paste soldering, barcoding, box building, kanban manufacturing, and maintaining data-gathering equipment. • Optimized complete line production through team-based continuous improvement with emphasis on accuracy, improving quality from 93% to 98% while increasing production 100%. • Developed team that refined the manufacturing process to enhance new product introduction, creating a quality design from a prototype and ensuring on-time customer delivery. • Member of team that implemented and acquired TL9000 certification within JIT environment. • Trained personnel to strive for total quality and increased output by 70% through collaboration with Engineering and Technical Support Departments. • Developed and empowered team that exceeded management goals and implemented new goals created by the team. • Improved team-based root cause analysis with the use of TQM and led 30 associates to create success-driven work environment and continually accelerate processes.
