Scheduled and trained personnel to facilitate acceleration of manufacturing in the Mil-Spec environment. Supervised and managed Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) of Electronic Circuit Card Assemblies through the use of SMT/PTH, semiautomatic and manual wave/paste soldering, and all barcoding and data gathering equipment. • Increased manufacturing quality from 88% at the rate of 100 boards/day to 97% at 1500 boards/day per Mil-Spec Auditing standards, ensuring future company success. • Expanded manufacturing capabilities from $2,000,000 to $250,000,000 per annum by implementing Quality Improvement Process. Manufacturing Supervisor 1993 – 1994 Developed, scheduled, and applied all automation manufacturing, manual placement, and soldering of components as well as curing, wave soldering, and washing. Automation Supervisor 1992 – 1993 Developed, scheduled, and applied pin-through-hole as well as surface mount manufacturing, Trained and supported personnel for ramp-up manufacturing. Electronics Technician 1990 – 1992 Created technical schematics and diagrams using CAD, ordered equipment, assembled test stations, and gained Mil-Spec certification for test stations. Developed testing methods and wrote process model worksheets and procedures for other technician. Upon certification trained as well as validated all associates / procedures to ensure accuracy as well as Mil-Specs certification.
