Daily Duties at Surety Title Corporation:
Placed title orders directly through county searchers, received completed work and organized files for examiners. Utilized a legal search firm for both residential and commercial properties. Interacted directly with searcher, outside attorneys and internally with all company departments. Possess a notray and a title license and continuing education requirements are current. Prepared and submitted weekly and monthly reports to my supervisor which enabled management and ownership to track productivity.
