Daily Duties at Turner Dunn Homes:
Supervise the production of two new housing tracts. Oversee the construction of single family homes. 1100 sq. ft. to 3393 sq. ft. homes with individual options. meet with home buyers to discuss options, through underground work to building homes. Turn over to homeowners, walkthroughs, ctty sign off and on to customer service. Obtained permits, utilities, scheduled inspections, scheduled subcontractors, reports to owners.
