Completed preparations for deployed training using Excel and Access as a data base for deployed training at designated areas in Texas and Oklahoma in support of Restore Iraqui Oil. Gathered and compiled data necessary to ensure travel arrangements were correct. Gathered information to support travel and billeting arrangement for pre-deployment to Asia. Completed post travel vouchers and expense reports.
