Developed new business in existing Semiconductor Industry while expanding customer base into the Pharmaceutical, University R&D, Solar and Energy Industries. Responsible for setting & meeting Regional Sales Goals. Identifying, Hiring and Management of Distributor Network for the Eastern & Central USA. Increased sales in Eastern USA and Canada through Direct Sales and Distributor channels. Training and Supervision of Inside & Outside Sales personnel Monitoring of Inventory levels and Sales for local Sales office & Distributors warehouses. IT Site Coordinator Responsible for the Installation & Maintenance of the office Servers and LAN. Upgrade, Registration & Installation of Software Purchase & installation of new equipment, i.e. PC, Router, Firewall, printers, supplies, etc Interact with other sites to review Communication providers for WAN, Customer Support, Virus Protection and Exchange server. Inside Sales Manager Training & Supervise of all Customer Service Personnel Supervise all office personnel Train employees on the computer system for Order Entry, Billing and shipment.
