Daily Duties at Us Army, V Corps, Inspector General:
Supported US Army Inspector General and staff, consisting of 28 military and civilians. Directed the staffing, production, and implementation of daily files, activities, and records. Maintained files, correspondence, assignments, evaluations, and awards. Organized and developed ideas for improvement on employment policies, processes and practices. Controlled IG calendar. Coordinated travel arrangements for the Inspector General and staff. Prepared briefings using Power Point, which were submitted to the Commanding General and special staff showing IG trends throughout V Corps for weekly staff meetings. Organized, streamlined, and significantly enhanced processing investigations/assistance request files from dictation consisting of EEO complaints, discrimination and fraud, waste and abuse investigations. The nature of this position required a high degree of confidentiality.
