Reviewed warehouse denials, ejects, report of discrepancies, condition code changes, item manager inquires, credit balances, and other actions received to identify problems and to determine type of analysis required. Distributed a balanced workload among employees in accordance with established guidelines. Made detailed searches of transaction registers, activity listings, and history files, to determine causes of error and choose corrective action.
