Daily Duties at Intelligrated:

• Increase projects’ profit margin through engineering, sub-contractor negotiations, and equipment selection while maintaining projects’ functionality • Experienced in project implementation from proposal to project turnover • Managed multiple projects to meet schedules and budget objectives • Passionate to exceed customer expectations • Ensure the delivery of projects in collaboration with customer’s project managers and engineers • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing and installation contractors to meet project’s function and budget objectives • Managed systems consisting of VonGal palletizers, robot case stacking, processing equipment, PLC’s, photo electric’s, proximity switches, AC/DC drives & pneumatic devices • Utilize Microsoft Office programs for internal and client reports, correspondence and schedules • Prepare financial and operational information by generating equipment costs, securing buyout/subcontractor costs, and coordination with subcontractors to assist in the proposed layout • Analyzed customers technical specifications (RFQ) and coordinated information with sales, engineering and installation contractors to provide the most accurate quotation of cost • Supply technical specifications in the development of customer proposals • Provide technical support on customers presentations • Comprehensive knowledge of Sorters (from pushers to cross-belt), Conveyors, Loaders, Unloaders, In-Line Scales, Print & Apply devices, Palletizers, and Specialized Conveyors & Equipment • Proven ability to troubleshoot and execute creative, innovative solutions to successfully improve performance and efficiency • Generate two- and three-dimensional system and detail layouts with AutoCAD • Calculate system rates, air consumption, pipe size and conveyor point loads • Meticulous ordering of equipment (internal and third party suppliers)
