Daily Duties at Outback Steakhouse:

•Responsible for creating a fun and casual atmosphere for full service dining in several Southern California restaurants. •Responsible for training for 14 new store openings in every front of the house area in the restaurant. •Responsible for providing excellent service to customers •Led classrooms that taught new employees the Outback culture and service standards. •Assisted with sales techniques and verbiage to increase sales and establish customer retention. •Responsible for invoicing, daily inventory reporting, gift card transactions, and daily sales reports. •Coordinated special events for charitable organizations •Facilitated banquets and created specialized menus. •Scheduled all front of the house employees. Assisted in locating shift coverage if needed.
