Daily Duties at T Bird Restaurant Group:

This position requires excellent time management skills and multi tasking. I travel 5 days out of the week to all of the 37 Southern California Outback Steakhouse locations. My task include but are not limited to: •Training new administrative assistants and Managers in training in ll office functions including: daily data entry, invoicing, payroll, and legal compliance issues. •Training all new general managers in office functions and end of the month financial information. As well as general POS system use. Analyzing sales trends and assisting with Budgets. •Training new restaurateurs in all of the above mentioned as well as trouble shooting end of the month cost discrepancy. •Maintaining the general operation of all computers and point of sale equipment. This includes software and hardware support. •Responsible for rolling out all new processes and procedures that come from the home office. •Liaison between the accountants, accounts payable personnel, and the home office personnel. •Liaison between the restaurants and their vendors regarding purchasing and billing. •Coordinated the successful rollout of the PosiTouch system to all 63 California locations.
