Provide staff training and support of software and equipment Maintain Mac/PC computers and application servers Manage all software requirements (purchasing, upgrading, installation,and licensing) Offsite customer service visits for training in correct file structure Maintain and calibrate all production machines Processing customer files for production Daily operations of prepress department
