Support office computers running Windows 2000 and XP Maintain all office equipment Remotely support 65 field inspectors within the US and Canada Break fix on Panasonic Toughbook laptops Create Ghost images for laptops and PC’s Maintain instant messaging services Manage custom application roll outs/upgrades and support new clients Test application patches and updates Set up and manage email server Manage firewall appliance Collaboration with CEO, President, and VP on company SOPs Manage all telecommunication service providers within the US and Canada Set up secure wireless networks and responsible for all LAN/WAN network cabling Special Project Management work such as participating in vendor meetings, providing input on projects such as Secure Doc hard drive encryption
