Daily Duties at Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors:
Consult with buyers and sellers to determine particular real estate needs. Work in Residential, Commercial, Leasing and Land deals. Arrange and book showings for buyers to view properties. Perform extensive cost market analysis for listed properties. Explain local real estate procedures, listing agreements and purchase contracts, disclosures and financials. Assist in preparing purchase contracts or listing agreements. Help facilitate the preparation and completion of all paperwork pertaining to the purchase or sale of a property. Negotiation of purchase contracts and listing agreements. Stage homes for sale Attend home inspections and arrange any other testing needed. Manage open houses and other mail marketing of client’s property. Work with buyer or seller’s mortgage company and attorney to gather any needed information. Attend property closing.
