Daily Duties at Cdw:
• Liaison between Service partners, Account Managers and their customers. • Taking projects from the actual sale to project completion along with closing the service and evaluation of the partner from client survey. • Manage timelines and scope of work requests to ensure project completion by leveraging the relationships and knowledge of the partner • Supported sales teams were South East Corporate (200 Account Managers) Higher Education national (350 Account Managers)
