Daily Duties at Dell Computer:

Translated business processes into standard IDEF0 enterprise wide global operational logical process model. To-be process improvements are integrated into as-is processes.  Responsible for working with Dell Executive Level resources (ELT, VPs, CIO, CIO Staff) to obtain appropriate information and translate into accurate operational models documented in IDEF methodology format.  Accountable for obtaining appropriate level of information to produce governed and consolidated process models in IDEF format, build asset mapping content, and use facilitation and process methodology skill set to produce aligned processes and capabilities.  Translating existing swim-lane style process models into one IDEF0 logical model for a given business process and department.  Key process responsibilities: Strategic Marketing, Account Payable, Asset Management, Customer Care, Sales and others.
