Daily Duties at Gkn Malaysia:
Breakdown Prevention and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipments C) Machine set up, plant expansion, modernization and installation / commissioning of equipments. D) Maintenance management system: Proficiency in designing strategies, work flow, operational procedures, KPI's , compliance up to TS-16949 standards E) CMMS : Design , test and implementation F) TPM/ Lean Manufacturing : Autonomous maintenance, 5S , Kaizen, corrective action and continuous improvement plans capable to train others. G) Contrac t Management: Preparing contract budgets, tender evaluation, project scheduling and coordination. H) Spare parts management: Inventory control , Sourcing, price negotiation. I) Dealing with statutory bodies for compliance of requirements
