Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente Medeical Center:

As a Medical Social Worker I assist families/patients/caregivers to cope with the social/emotional issues and practical arrangements related to patient's illness. Also responsible for developing and implementing individual Plan of Treatment which assist patients and and families to cope and/or restore social, emotional, financial and environmental factors which affect and/or affected by illness. Provide crisis interventions, and develop healthy coping strategies for faqmily members experiencing grief.
