Led customization and implementation of company’s MediaPlus software at client sites; accountable for directing full product life cycle design, development, enhancement, and support of systems, enabling clients to manage all core operations. Provided technical expertise and phone support to more than 50 clients while supervising 10 team members in development of software solutions.
