Daily Duties at Gagnon & Associates:
Managed all aspects of redesign, development, testing, enhancement and deployment of new and existing products within a multi-platform environment. Established and maintained quality working relationships with vendors and partners. Recruited, trained and managed a programming supervisor, 7 developers and 1 support/installer in support of 60 clients. Responsible for budget of $750,000 and P&L responsibility for software products.
