Daily Duties at Ryland Homes:
Responsible for creating/maintaining multiple reports regarding construction, service, sales and closings. Ensure builders turn in required paperwork in a timely manner. System Administrator for builders' computer scheduling system. Receive warranty requests from homeowners and relay to field personnel. Contact buyers to schedule walk-throughs and closings. Work various projects for Production Manager and Division President.
