 Performed initial safety review and triage of adverse events and product complaints for expectedness and seriousness. Wrote narratives and summarized all relevant medical information in case reports.  Managed adverse events for Women’s Health, Endocrinology and Neuroscience marketed product teams. Supported U.S. Affiliate & Brand Team Personnel.  Created follow-up correspondence for internal and external reporters.  Coded medical terms via MedDRA coding system in safety database.  Supported product safety surveillance activities.
