Maintained and updated cost; created and costed custom options for sales staff in SAP. Assisted Purchasing staff with SAP data issues. Maintained and turned in quarterly rebate reports to corporate purchasing; tracked and reviewed cost comparisons. Improved materials management structure by analyzing data during transitions with materials suppliers such as lighting manufacturers and exterior door suppliers. Maintained SAP data including creastion of classes, boms, attributes, rfqs, sourcing, and info records. Worked closely with Variant Configuration analyst to insure data structure was functionally efficient for the company business model and met all management needs. Maintained SAP data including creation of classes, characteristics, characteristic values, dependency creation and maintenance, and sales pricing creation.
