 Responsible for the proper monthly accounting of three commercial office building with total square footage of approximately 2.3 million.  Interact with building manager with reference to tenant and building matters.  Prepare budget to actual analysis.  Responsible for operating and real estate escalations for over 150 tenants.  Prepare external financial statements as required by lenders.  Verify tenants are accurately billed on a monthly basis.  Review tenant leases and ensure data is input properly in the billing system.  Prepare workpapers on a quarterly basis for external auditors.  Track and properly account for all building and tenant improvements.
