• Management responsibility for approximately 30 employees, included hiring/terminating employment, training and employee development through reviews and coaching. • Developed and streamlined work-flow and productivity, quality assurance and improved office efficiency and product reliability. • Responsible for product quality and timely delivery. • Preliminary report compilation and composition, preparation. • Trustee sale guarantees, produced, oversaw and trained subordinates in preparation for foreclosure. • Preformed physical property inspections.
