Daily Duties at Poly Medica Corporation/ Liberty Healthcare Group:

 Review all finance policies and SOX narratives with keys members of finance on a quarterly basis and update accordingly.  Perform random testing for various SOX controls to ensure compliance with company policy.  Perform various SOX controls, including user access system reviews.  Research and provide guidance relating to all finance policies.  Coordinate all documentation required from both internal and external auditors. Internal Auditor 11/04 – 11/06  Obtain an understanding of the four separate divisional processes.  Perform internal audit testing as required by Sarbanes-Oxley.  Supervise and review consultants’ testing.  Test the financial reporting, expenditure, inventory, treasury and revenue processes for four divisions.  Prepare and update testing schedules as required by the audit committee.
