 Responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of this start-up Company.  Create and document policies and procedures.  Set up and maintain all accounting data in QuickBooks.  Prepare on-going cash analysis as required by management.  Prepare all month end journal entries, eliminating entries, process payroll, record and process all accounts receivable and payables.  Reconcile intercompany account with parent Company as well as Portugal subsidiary.  Translate then consolidate Portugal subsidiary with our records.  Prepare all financial statements including footnotes on a quarterly basis.  Coordinate and prepare all required documents by our parent Company and external auditors.
