Daily Duties at Stewart Title:

• First Single-Seat Analyst in California, working 3 years independently in a home office environment with little or no office interaction. • Worked with IT department in conception and development of telecommuting Single-Seat Analyst position and paperless files. • Responsible for order from inception to preliminary title report and distribution to client. • Maintenance and storage of all electronic supporting documents for audit purposes. • Mentoring and training of new single-seat analysts via telephone. • Software applications – MS Office, Outlook (network navigation), Vax AIM, Titlescape, Data Trace, BNI Image Manager (allows annotation), and connection to Santa Clara County’s Joint Plant software to enable name/property/tax runs (US Bankruptcy court, County Index/Recorders Office). • Sales Presentation outlining order processing, facility tours, Q&A.
