Daily Duties at Bali Inter Continental Resort:
In charge of four restaurants, three lounges, executive pool restaurant and lounge area, executive club lounge, 24-hour room service, and banquet facilities accommodating functions up to 1500 people while responsible for 285 employees achieving profit lines on Food and Beverage of 44% compared to 35.8% previously. During this time we received the award for Best Hotel and Guest Satisfaction Program for Inter-Continental Asia Pacific, and were nominated by M & C Meetings and Conventions Magazine, as “The Best Convention and Meetings Hotel in Asia Pacific the “The Gold Key Award” in Singapore.
