Unfortunately this 287-room hotel was scheduled to open in May 1996 and the project was finally terminated in November 1996. During this time I spent working in the pre-opening stages such as, all Food and Beverage, Engineering, and Security Manuals, all Food and Beverage Training Manuals, a complete F. F. & E. list, menus for two outlets, banquet kit, and a complete market research survey with price comparisons for four of our outlets. I presented for approval a Budget Proposal for 1997 and negotiated prices on the F. F. & E. as requested by the owning company with an achievement of 5 to 20 % savings on already negotiated prices.
