Responsible for this 550 room five-star luxury hotel’s daily operations with 685 employees. While developing a comprehensive training Program for employee career development and employee retention. I also implemented Customer Retention Programs. After developed and implemented an Engineering Preventive Maintenance Program for rooms, public areas and laundry as well as implemented new operating policies in engineering, security, and rooms division I achieved to decrease operating expenses by 5 percent.
