Daily Duties at Budget Blinds:
Owned and operated two Budget Blinds franchise territories encompassing 3500 square miles. Developed and implemented a marketing strategy that generated over 500k in annual sales of window coverings in a highly competitive market. Responsible for all purchasing related to the business including sourcing manufacturers locally, nationally and internationally for all types of window coverings, treatments, awnings, accessories, parts and supplies. Managed and trained a skilled team of employees in sales, installation and office administration.
