Collected data in order to generate and analyze reports, charts and graphs to identify trends and to facilitate corrective action and quality improvements. Presented data to management during daily and weekly management review meetings. Provided technical guidance to all personnel to assist in the use of statistical process control and problem solving techniques. Performed liaison activities to support internal and external customer service. Organized meetings to discuss customer concerns on quality issues. Participated in performance audits. Processed customer returns and handled inquiries on corrective action status. Left position due to company downsizing.
