Morgan Stanley, Prime Brokerage, Business Intelligence Description PBBI services analytic needs for CFO, PB Finance team and PB Co-Heads to help them make sensitive tactical decisions in current turbulent times and with on-going strategic planning. Ran ad-hoc fire drills and generated weekly and monthly financials pack. Ran analytic on half a trillion dollars global client base by segmenting on their overall and move-based Balances, Equity, Market Value, Asset Quality, Spreads, PB and Firm Revenue, Cash Flows, AUM, Balance Sheet, ROA etc. Assist business managers in using metrics data for determining priority list for growth focus, phase-out list for risk mitigation and other major decisions. Performed back end aggregation and sanitization of reference and fact data from various PB systems to collate clean metrics data. Responsibilities Performed data-mart design, development, report development and enforced data quality controls. Performed initial excel/access based cross server aggregation and rapid prototyping to standardized Informatica/db2/reporting tools based roll out. Defined approach to integrating and sharing historical data from new and legacy systems for as-was, as-is, to-be needs. Offshore team set up.
