Daily Duties at Helia Health Care:
Prepare admission/readmission charts. File complete charts/sheets on appropriate charts for all departments. Maintain order of charts and their appearance. Assemble and prepares closed charts for final filing. Copy medical records for the business office on request for third party payers. Compile information andcoordinare for podiatry visits, dental visits, doctors visits to the facility. Send telephone orders to the physicians and track response, when returned placing them in residents charts. Update records, charts as needed. Communicate with and support resident families, visitors, as appropriate. Answering the telephone anddirectingphone calls to proper person or department. Maintain privacy of records, conditions, and other information relating to residents, employees and the facility.
