Act as a primary consultant on customized CRM training development and rollout engagements. Responsible for all aspects of client project management providing direction and consultative support around project scoping, business analyst functions, ensuring end user adoption and utilization, developing instructor-led and web based training curriculum and materials, promoting change management and project rollout while ensuring customer satisfaction.
