Built the Company from start up to a fully licensed Florida Approved Lender. Setup and operated as a Correspondent Lender for five national Investors. Originated, Processed, Underwrote, Closed, Warehoused,Sold, serviced loans for the investors. We had an average of fifty employees and did about 100 million per year. In 1998 I sold the company to the employees and moved to Atlanta.
